1. Eligibility

To create an account and use 4ra-bets services, you must be 18 years of age or older or of the age permitted by the laws of your country. We reserve the right to request documents to confirm your age and identity.

Account Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. One user must have one account. Multi-accounting is prohibited and may result in the blocking of all accounts without the right to a refund.

3. Your Privacy and Security

You undertake not to transfer your login and password to third parties. All actions performed with your account will be treated as actions undertaken by you. For enhanced security, we suggest the use of strong, complex passwords as well as the activation of two-factor authentication.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be made from accounts belonging to a registered user. We require additional identity verification when withdrawing funds. Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of transaction verification or violation of the terms of use.

5. Use of Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are available only once per user, family, IP address, or device. Abuse of the bonus system (e.g., creating multiple accounts to receive a bonus repeatedly) is prohibited. Wagering requirements are described separately for each promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Violation of the Rules

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account without notice in cases of:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform 24/7, although we do our best to do so. 4ra-bets is not responsible for technical failures, loss of bets due to Internet interruptions, or third-party interference
